PLEASE READ: On October 17, 2013, Last.fm arbitrarily removed/deprecated the use of a critical api method that grabs artist images for use with Marci displays. I am actively searching for a solution to this issue. Read more about their announcement here. In the meantime, you can easily switch to displaying album images from iTunes on the Global Settings page under Technical Details.
